Site plan and aerial renders for New York land

Aerial renders and site plans for land and redevelopment projects across New York City and the wider metro.

Land work in New York

Inside the city, development land is usually a lot or an assemblage, and the images that help are context views: a new building massing shown among its neighbors from above, or a site plan for a campus or housing development with its courtyards and open space. Outside the city, in the suburbs and counties around it, the work looks more like classic land development: subdivisions, townhome communities and commercial sites on former farmland or estates.

Either way, the question at a hearing is the same: how does the new project fit the place? We build the surroundings as simple massing from aerial photos, so scale reads honestly.

How a New York job runs

  1. You send the survey, the site plan and the views you need.
  2. We build the terrain from the contours and confirm scope in a written quote.
  3. You approve the camera angles on a grey model of the land.
  4. We add roads, lots, landscaping and buildings, take your markups, and deliver the final images.

The work is remote, by email and shared folders, and we book calls in Eastern time. We have no office in New York, and nobody needs to walk the land for us. Drone photos or phone photos of the edges help us match the surroundings.

What you can order

Questions

Can you show a building against the skyline?

Yes, as massing in its context from an aerial angle. If you also need a street-level view of the facade, say so in the brief and we will quote it with the aerial.

Do you work on projects outside the five boroughs?

Yes. Anywhere in the region works the same way, by email and shared files.

Ask for a quote

The price depends on the size of the site, how much terrain and how many buildings we model, and the number of views, so each job gets a written quote.
