Process

How a land render job works

Four steps, with an approval at each, so nothing expensive changes late.

1. Brief and quote

You send the survey, the plan and the views you need, and tell us where the images will be used. We check for gaps, such as missing contours or undecided product types, and send a written quote with scope, revision rounds and a delivery date.

2. Terrain and cameras

We build the ground from the contours and lay the plan on it, then send grey views from each camera angle. This is the cheapest moment to change an angle or the time of day.

3. First draft

Roads, lots, landscaping, water and buildings go on. You mark up the draft: more trees along a boundary, a different roof color, a missing trail.

4. Final images

We apply your markups and deliver the images at the sizes you asked for. Extra revision rounds beyond the quote are priced before we start them.
